Account Not Upgrading to Premium

I just opened a Spotify Free Trial Account today. But the lady from Spotify talking in between my songs is so annoying that I want to upgrade as soon as possible to the Premium paid account. In the menu this is not an option and I do not want to wait for 30 days.

If you signed up for the 30 day premium trial, you should have premium immediately and definitely no adverts. What device are you using?

Could you try logging out and back in, making sure you use the correct login credentials. If you still don't have premium, please provide a bit more information:

• What does it show under subscription status here
• What username is shown on that page
• What username is on the emailed receipt you should have received from spotify
