Account exist but it does not exist

My Question or Issue

So, I try to sign in to spotify for artists and spotify both, it says spotify account doesn't exist, so ok I go and test registering, it says that this account exists, but cant reset password because it doesnt exist

Basically cant sign in cause account doesn't exist but password cant be reseted because it doesn't exist although it exists when trying to register
