Can't Cancel Subscription on Secondary Account

Accidentaly set up a secondary account and I'm unable to cancel the subscription to it so I can get back to my original account with all of my playlists and Spotify Premium.

Since it sounds like multiple accounts and billing is going on here, I would suggest you get in touch with the team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further. 

If you get an automated email reply, just reply directly to it and your case will be pushed to a member of the team.
