Can't log in (Windows)

I just downloaded Spotify and the desktop app will not give me the option to log in. I enter my username and password and click "log in" and nothing happens. I double click and nothing happens. The mouse doesn't change from a pointer to the hand-with-pointed-finger design. Nothing pops up telling me it's blocked or anything, I'm just unable to click on the login button.

My computer is 2 years old and in good condition, internet is fine. I reset my password and restarted the computer, but that didn't change anything.

Try uninstalling then installing again, that can often help fix things like that.

The Windows app is THE WORST! I hate hate hate it so much....it does nothing but crash my sytstem if I'm unable to force-close the 7 instances it opens whenever I try starting it, like an idiot. It's horrible, and they're not doing anything about it. I'm actually about to cancel my premium sub because I can't use it while I work. Totall BS. Uninstalled it 4x and reinstalled 3x. F that...
