Can't upgrade to premium

Can't upgrade to premium

Hey guys

 

This is very fustrating. 

I am trying to re-activate my premium spotify and i click "Upgrade" and then it says that i am not a new user.

Well i do know im not a new user but old users should be able to pay aswell?

 

So i go to my profile and click subscription and to all fustrations i come to the same upgrade page. I enter my password and it gives me the reply that im not a new user.

 

I tried several ways to get to pay for my premium but it wont allow me because im not a new user. 

Can this really be real that you only can use money from new users ?

Hey @Craftkaan ! Welcome to the community 🙂

Just asked a member of the Spotify support team about this and its going to require a little more troubleshooting to get you set up. If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to lend a hand. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
