Cancelled subscription prior to due date but was still charged.

I was charged on August 16th (before my supposed free trial cancellation date which was August 18th). The funny thing is, I cancelled my subscription exactly on August 16th, the day I was supposedly charged according to my credit card statement. 

 

This has caused a whole string of complications for me because the debit card I used had only a few dollars in it since I don't use it often. This has caused an overdraft fee that has amounted to over $70.00 

 

Please help me mend this situation as soon as possible because I am currently very disappointed with how Spotify has treated me as a potential customer.

You should contact the payments team using the Support Form - they will be able to refund the charge 🙂
