Cannot re-subscribe Spotify Premium

I wanted to change the credit card I used to pay for premium account but it didn't allow me to do that. So I cancelled the subscription and delete my card information, and then I was trying to re-subscribe it but the page was blank!  See the attachment

Is it because my premium account isn't due yet? (still 2 weeks)

Hey. It shouldn't show differently any time. Could you please try another browser - does it do the same thing?

I've tried it with Internet Explorer 11 which I think is the most compatible one. But it didn't work and the page remained blank...

Or I must wait until the current premium memebership expires?

No it should definitely work. Do you have any ad-blockers or extensions?
