Certain artists not playing

So I'm pretty much obsessed with the new Arctic Monkeys Album AM - all other songs in my playlists etc will play fine but when I click ANY arctic monkeys song nothing will play whats so ever and there's no error code or anything - tried restarting but this didn't work, friend of mine with a spotify account confirms they play for him so I don't know what's going on with mine. Have I listened too many times and been barred from enjoying the arctics or something?

Hi. Which device are you using? Have you tried reinstalling spotify?

If you have those tracks stored as local files on your computer (ripped from a CD or purchased from another source) then try the steps here:
