Charged Twice without actually going through with subscription

I was charged twice and I never actually passed the part where you enter your payment form. I entered it and decided against it so I closed it and I was charged twice and I keep trying to contact Spotify because I don't want premium and it charged me twice and I'm still on the free subscription anyways. How do I get both payments back?

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
