Help getting my account back

I have been using spotify premium for a long time and recently I woke up to being logged out of my premium account on all platforms, so I tried logging back in but nothing worked, and I never got the email that spotify said they sent me for the password recovery. So can someone help me get my account back.

Have you checked your spam folder for this message from them? If you feel that your account has been compromised, I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support through their anonymous contact form or through social media.

With this anonymous online contact form, you can reach them without subscribing to / having access to a Spotify account or the email that was used to create that account.

They can also be reached through their Facebook Page SpotifyCares or their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares.

If you use the online contact form instead of Facebook or Twitter, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
