Clear "Recently played artists" from profile page and shares from activity feed?

Is there any way to clear "Recently played artists" from your profile? I deselected "share acitivy" from preferences but didn't realize that is didn't carry over to the mobile app where it seems you don't have this option and always have to enter a private session.

I would also like to know if there is any way to clear something you shared to all followers from appearing in the activity feed? I did this as a test awhile back and it still appears to my new followers.

I'm afraid there's no way to clear historical shares or plays.

Thanks for your response. It's too bad Spotify doesn't care about user privacy. There isn't even a way to remove/block followers 😞

Some people have reported in the past unticking the box about sharing in the preferences menu then logging out and back in again clears the shared data, but I'm not sure if it would remove it from other peoples clients.
