Hey this is Alex from Barcelona,

 

I've been billed again despite I paid the Summer Promotion that you ran in late May-June, PLEASE, refund that extra charge. 

 

No one extra month policy for that charge, that's unfair IMHO.

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can help get the issue sorted.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
