Just to clarify, you changed your password? Did someone else have access to your account?

If you can log on to your account, please have a look at the playlist recovery tool here. If that doesn't help, the best thing you can do will be to contact Spotify directly using this Support Form. You can reply to any automated messages you receive (even if from a no-reply address) to speed along the support process.
