Deleted account from 3 years ago still visible

I'm wondering why i can still see my previous account i had deleted back in 2019. I received an email before from spotify confirming the deletion but it is still searchable, visible, and has active playlists. I tried logging in but it won't let me even tho i still have my email and password. Now it seems like a floating account and was never really deleted. Any ideas?
