Discover Weekly not updating

I'm a prolific playlister and follow many different users discover weekly which I harvest for playlist content.

 

in recent weeks the playlists have not been updating. 

 

I've tried signing out and back in clearing cache etc but no luck.

 

I do use private session from time to time but make sure its off. 

 

i listen to a wide range of content

Spotify's recommendation system is constantly updated based on your listening habits. This means that your recommendations are always evolving to better reflect your preferences. While some changes may be noticeable right away, other updates may take a bit more time as Spotify fine-tunes its algorithm to ensure that the content suggested is more closely aligned with your listening history.

Hi,

I'm afraid there is nothing on the thread that is helpful in this case.

I've reinstalled the app on both my devices, I listen to a wide range of
music using playlists and the search function.

Nothing has changed regarding my listening style so I'm confused as to why
this is suddenly happening.

One of the discover weekly playlists I'm following has not updated my
friend (who also follows it)

My weekly discovery  list arrives each monday, but for my wife does not...How can I fix it and why does this work in that way

Hi my discover weekly playlist isn't updating neither. I'm a prolific listener, listening to many genres. I have been having the same discover weekly playlist for 4 weeks straight now. I'm not in private mode and I have tried logging out and in and clearing datas.

We appreciate you letting us know about the troubleshooting you've tried so far. For starters, log into your account account on a desktop computer > go to Browse > Discover, and make sure you are following the Discover Weekly playlist. If you're not, add it to Your Library and check if that makes a difference. Now, this is something simple, but sometimes helps, could you try logging out and back in twice in a row? This will trigger a sync between your account and device. 

 

Lastly, could you check if your Discover Weekly looks the same from other devices or the Web Player

Discover Weekly playlist has not being updated for more than two weeks now.

aware that this issue was already posted earlier, but was closed everytime without solving this annoying issue. My discover weekly playlist it`s the same for months now.. exactly the same.. no updates, no new songs... for the Daily mix 1,2,3,4 and 5, they are somehow working, but 90% of the songs are the same though.. Tried to fix this issue how the community responses indicated, but without success..

 

Besides the facts that Spotify lacks very common sense and basic functionalities, this annoying issue is untolerable anymore. Been premium member also in the past, so try to do your work please! Thank you!!
