My Question or Issue

I currently pay for a family plan and one of the accounts associated with the family plan currently cant be accesed and the email it orginally went by has changed to an unknown email. At the moment im currently paying for an account we no longer have access too and cant log into it. I wish to know if there is any way to get the account back.
