Hacked account and loss of all playlist

Hi! Recently my account was hacked. Suddenly while listening to my music someone start using my account somewhere else. It stood "listening on SM-G950U" and it was playing a song named "FLOOR 555" by "XXXTENTACION" if that tell you guys anything.

After hitting the "listen on this device" button couple of times suddenly all my playlist where deleted and my password been changed!

So my question is

- How do I throw this person out of my account?

- Can I get back my playlist? 

- And is it possible to track this poor **bleep** mf and find out ho he is?

After contacting Spotify, if you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and the support team will be able to help you out.

My account was hacked as well a few hours ago.

 All the playlists deleted & unfollowed.

I managed to restore deleted playlists but **bleep** I lost everything I was following.

 Also my family members were kicked out.

 It has happened for the 2nd time in 1 year, this time with more damage though.

Have you managed to restore everything with a help of Spotify team?
