I activated my account in America but i live in New Zealand. i got the free trial in america but i have now returned to New Zealand and it wants me to pay for premium to use it abroad but i only want free? help please

There are a couple of ways to do that.
If you get in touch with customer support, either via email (http://spoti.fi/LcmHYK) or via Twitter (@SpotifyCares) they can take a closer look at your account.


Alternatively, try updating the payment details
on your account. You should be able to update the country setting without actually upgrading to Premium: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription
