I can't login to Spotify even when I updated my password.

I can't login to Spotify even when I updated my password.

I downloaded Spotify then i was not able to login but I updated my password through Spotify official website. It is still showing incorrect combination

First up, if you see any error message when you try to log in, send over a screenshot. Just make sure your account credentials are not visible. 

 

In the meantime, try restarting your device and using a different Internet connection to check if that helps. If you're using Wi-Fi, try using your mobile data or vice versa. We'd also recommend checking out this article where you'll find some helpful info when you're having trouble logging into your account.

 

Lastly, let us know if you're able to log in from here or from a different device.
