I changed my email which canceled my premium and i can't change it back.

I changed my email which canceled my premium and i can't change it back.

My account was premium (part of the family plan) and I changed my email. This kicked my account off the family plan so now I don't have premium even though I'm still paying for it. Each time I try to change the email back to the original one, it says an account already exists for that email. I do not want to delete my account as I have many playlists and followers/following. How do I fix this issue?

Don't worry, there are certainly ways for this to get fixed 🙂

We can't view your accounts from the Community though, so in this instance, you'll have to reach out to our support folks.

wait so if I change my email to my active one ill be kicked off my family plan?

Changing the email address of an account shouldn't cause any subscription changes.
In case anything goes wrong though, you can always reach out to our support folks as mentioned above and they will help you out 🙂
