Problem with premium account

Hi, I‘m not sure if i can ask here, but i wanted to try spotify premium free for three months. But when i was checking my card, someone called me and it was like cancelled. I thought that i have the account but when I opened the spotify app I discovered, that i still have spotify free account, although a gave you my card number and confirmed it. When i try to write the number card again to the spotify premium it will write me that i have premium account yet, but that is not true. Thank you for the answer

Do you have ads that play between songs ? If not then I wouldn't think it has you under a free account. If you do get ads & your credit card statement shows a $10.99 charge from Spotify, then I would definitely contact Spotify customer service, or cancel the account & request a charge back from your credit card company.
