I forgot username, password and email from my account

My name is Juan Javier Nonay Gimeno, now I'm connecting here from facebook account.

I have another one, in premium mode, the one I have forget my credentials : username (not like J. J. Nonay Gimeno), password and email.

I would like to get this information please. I need to contact with some admin or something, because I cannot recover password If I don't remember rest of credentials.
