I need help logging in

can anyone help me.. I can't login to my account. I click on "forgot password" and then I enter my email and it says that my account is connected with my facebook account, but when I use my facebook password to login to spotify, it says login failed. I have no idea what to do. Is there a customer service number for spotify I can call? I really need to speak to someone in person. thanks..

Spotify don't have telephone support, but you can get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this via email.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
