Lost all my playlist and probably got a second premium subscription

I've lost all my playlist for some reason and I thought there was a problem with payment so I made a new premium subscription aswell.

I've tried doing everything listed on this forum without success and I send an email aswell like 3 weeks ago without any respond.

Do I have to wait forever to get my playlists back?

Can you get in touch again using this form making sure you use a working email address and then post your case number here?
