Lost account and songs but still getting the charge

I run Spotify off my Huawei p10 phone

My Question or Issue

 My friend logged out of my account and I thought I could log back in, I did. However, all my songs were gone, my playlist and my subscription status, I've ran through account recovery and the help sections. I'm still getting charged for premium even though my account according to my login isn't. I can search my accounts playlist even when I'm on the account so I'm deeply confused as to what's going on and not happy with the money lose. Any help?

It might be the case that you've logged in to another account, hence why you can't see your music (don't worry, it's not all lost!). 

 

We recommend you check out this support article here and go through the checklist. Hopefully that way you should be able to regain access to your account 🙂
