Mail already in use!

Hi. I have a small problem, My mail was already in use when i tried to create an acount, i have no memorie of creating an acount before. And i Would never take The name lukas.ploot124 when My name is Tobias. So how do i change My profilename? Would love an answer.

Unfortunately it isn't possible to change usernames on Spotify, but if you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they can delete that account for you which will free up your email address.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
