My underage sister can't register an account despite meeting age requirements

Hello. I've read your TOS many times and both Polish and English version state that people from Poland that are at least 13yo can register a Spotify account. Well, there's a problem, because my '07 sister turned 13 last year... and she still can't make a Spotify account despite having a right to do so! Entering birth year is enough for the website to get her rejected. What's even more grotesque, turning that year back to '06 doesn't fix the problem, the system only accepts '05. Do I really have to lie about my sister's age despite your own TOS allowing her to make her own account? My sister desperately wants to listen to music!

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

The minimum sign-up age in a few countries in the EU has been changed to reflect the GDPR requirements, however these are not yet reflected in our terms and conditions. The new age limit in the Poland is now 16.

We're looking into updating the T&Cs to be more in-line with this.
