NO SOLUTIONS WORK - Missing playlists/starred tracks am paying premium still but have no songs

My playlists/starred songs are all gone. No solutions on here work, everything looks normal and its says im still on my premium account for which im paying for. This has happened on my laptop and on my android phone. I have used spotify for a long time and have a lot of songs on there so i am not very happy if i have lost them all. Someone from spotify please look into this or it will be another long term premium account cancelled
