On january 8th I paid 9.99 euro's for Spotify Premium with 1 month for free. Now after 1 month I have Spotify Free all of a sudden and my Premium is gone. I can see in my account that I have paid as well. Tried logging out on all devices but nothing worked.

Thanks for letting me know. Unfortunately, when you use a non-recurring payment method, you do not qualify for the 30 day trial. You only qualify if you would've used a recurring payment method such as PayPal, Credit Card etc.
iDeal is now only a PAG (pay-as-you-go) payment method since the beginning of December 2016.

Through iDeal. I live in the Netherlands.
Thanks for letting me know. Unfortunately, when you use a non-recurring payment method, you do not qualify for the 30 day trial. You only qualify if you would've used a recurring payment method such as PayPal, Credit Card etc.
