Redeemed card failed

I bought a $30 gift card today, redeemed it, was sent an email receipt and nothing!!! No premium nothing, I got ripped off!!!! I want my premium I paid for or my money back!

I'm moving this to Help - Accounts and Subscriptions where more people will be able to help you with that issue ;D

 

As posted here:

 

1. Check your subscription page. Be sure your status says 'You have an active Spotify Premium subscription'. 

2. If you're on Premium, do a quick sign out/ sign in.

3. If your subscription page says Free, please check your Spotify email receipt. Be sure you are signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook credentials.

4. If you have already tried steps 1-3 please get in touch via our contact form. Should you get an automated email, please be sure reply directly to that email. You'll then hear from the team shortly. 

 

Let me know if these steps solve the problem. If you do steps 1-3, contact support as stated on step 4 and don't hear back from them, let me know too ;D
