Student Discount

I upgraded to Spotify Premium a little while back and since the start of my school year have enrolled for the discounted price and received verification that I would. I recently checked my statement and see that I was charged the full price. Help?

Is it just one payment you have been over billed or are they all over billed since the start of your subscription?

There have been two instances that I have noticed that have been 9.99. 

@user-removed - Best thing to do is to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they can check your subscription plan out on their end. It sounds to me like the discount hasn't been applied correctly for some reason. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
