Student account verified but price did not change.

Student account verified but price did not change.

Hi, I upgraded to Student at the end of August and received verification emails from SheerID and Spotify. I see that I have been charged $9.99 since then and there is no way to reeenter student information. Can you fix it and refund the correct amount? Thanks.

I see now that "The discount will be applied on the next renewal date." I don't understand that policy other than it allows Spotify to charge the full amount for a time while I'm a student, but it resolves my issue.

As soon as you have verified you should see the price go to the lower on your subscription status here:

No, it has not. It still says 9.99

@Jkranzdo - Your best bet is to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to check out your account details manually. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
