Hi guys. I paid premium yesterday through my globe account but i can't still have my premium what should i do? And my account shows only the family promo and the one year promo. Help

As your Premium subscription was set up through your mobile provider, they're managing your account rather than us. 

 

In this case, please reach out to them for further information and they'll be able to active your Premium subscription. That should help.
