When I try to add something to my playlist instead of the song it show's

When I add something to my playlist it shows name of the song but not the picture when I click on it. It plays a different song that’s not is not in my playlist

Does the issue persist across multiple platforms or just one?

And, to start some troubleshooting here, I'd first advise removing your cached data to see if that would make a difference.
