can't change my country (only 2 available)

I'm back in Germany right now...

i study here and sometimes i go back to Luxembourg to visit my family..

but spotify never asked me to change the country , when iw as back in germany...

well now i'm back and the only countrys i can select are Luxembourg and USA:...

even though i'm in germany... it doesnt work on my phone either...

please help

Weird, does your IP address locate to Germany on http://whatismyipaddress.com/ ?

Yes it says Germany and my city on that page 😕

and now its even blocked to USA in grey and i can't use the drop down menu anymore.

I do wonder sometimes if there are limits on how many times you can change your country. All I can suggest is to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they should be able to swap it over manually for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
