I have 2 accounts, one free and one premium.

After my phone turned off due to low battery, I had to log on to Spotify. I couldn't remember my username or password, but after struggling back and forth, I finally got through. Problem is, it's the wrong account!! I want my premium, but can only find the one that's free! How can I find my premium? Please help!

Hey there, there's only one Spotify account under the email address attached to your Community profile.

If you're not sure what the email address/username is, get in touch here and one of our support team will get back to you as soon as they can. If you get an automated response, reply back to it directly.

Also, do you use Facebook? You may have created an account using your Facebook details, in which case it'll be your Facebook email address and password you use for Spotify too.
