i have tried to send this message before. i am actually thinking of dropping spotify. for two months i have been charged $9.99 (aug. & sept) on my account page, i have a messsage saying the funds were not available and it will be attempted again on 9/25/2014. WTF????I have followed to cancellation proceedures over and over only to recieve a message that reads, "oops please try again".well i am tired of trying again and again. What kind of respectabel business has no customer service agents to assist your customers. this is very unprofessional. I expect that you will at least be professional about this and refund my $19.98. Thank YOU. Carol Radous (Nana Irie)
