All playlist needs re downloaded when phone restarts

Everytime my phone restarts all my playlist music has to re downloaded and i keep all of my music on my sd card which i have plenty of room on the sd card. I have turn all the power saving options off with Spotify and everything else on my device. I am a premium user and this is just getting ridiculous and im about to cancel my subscription with Spotify if they dont resolve. I am currently using a Samsung galaxy s5. If anyone has any resolution to thins please comment back it would be very helpful, and thanks to all for the advice.

Could you let us know the following?

- Do you have any cache-clearing apps?
- Does this happen after the phone restarts or your battery dies?
- Do you have more than 3 offline devices?
- Have you been offline for 30+ days?
