My Question or Issue

My issue happens when I listen to spotify via bluetooth devices (wireless earbuds or car sound system). Using the phone speaker works fine. Using other sound emitting apps works fine. The problem is just spotify via bluetooth.

When listening to spotify I can listen to only one song, because when the next song plays (either because the first is done or I skip the song) spotify doesn't emmit sound anymore. The progressbar shows the next song is playing, but there is no sound.

I already followed the clean install steps. But that didn't fix anything.

Please help.

To continue investigating this case, would you mind trying with a different phone to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member, log in with your own account and connect to the Bluetooth devices.

Also, could you have someone else log in with their account on your phone and connect to the Bluetooth devices to see if the issue persists?. This will help us understand if it could be account-related or not.
