I have been trying to cancel my subscription that I didn't even start. Money is coming out of my bank account without my permission. It comes out every month. My bank has investigated this and my attorney. "WE" suggest you cancel me and stop charging my acct. The consequences are NOT gonna be good if this continues. One more time , cancel my spotify acct that I did NOT create and stop taking money from my account.

Unfortunately, billing enquiries can't be sorted out here on the public community due to the nature of the details required. You will need to get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form and they will definitely be able to get that cancelled for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
