It seems, I havethe same problem: no more playlists, seeing a free account on the application while my bank account is still charged.
I tried the solution described here without success, as I can't remember my spotify username nor password. When I try recevoering password, It says "use your facebook account". So when I log back in with my Fb account, I see the new empty spotify account.
I already reported the issue 5 days ago but still didn't receive any response from your support team. (my reference is ref:_00DD0pxIW._500D0bz7Id:ref)

Im having the exact same problem since changing my facebook password.
i got a reply from someone this morning and now complete silence.
its really frustrating since i use the service all day everyday.
it seems to be quiet a common problem.
can someone resolve this as soon as possible?
