Reuse email adress which has previously been used on another account

Reuse email adress which has previously been used on another account

I would like to use an email adress for a new spotify account that was previously used on another spotify account. It is not currently used on that account but when I try to use it I get the error message that this email adress is used by another spotify account. Any ideas on how to resolv this issue?

I would suggest you to get in touch with Spotify, as it seems an account is already registered (and has not been deleted). 

You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.
