Trying to upgrade to premium, payment page not loading

Hi

I am trying to upgrade from a free trial to a premium account, I get to the page where it will ask me to enter my payment details but all I am getting is a blank screen.  I have tried it on Windows, my iphone, my ipad and I cannot go any further. Is there someone I can talk to to upgrade?

Still having this issue. This issue should NOT be marked "solved." It completely isn't. I'm in the U.S. and simply need to enter my new card number. Blank screen only. Spotify fail.

Having the same issue.  Need to update my credit card information and can't.  The update payment settings link just opens to a blank page.

Same problem here in NL
When I open de debugger I see the page has some code problems:

So I think someone release too quick and broke the page.

p.s. My zipcode is filled. Tried on Chrome, Firefox and IE, with and without extensions. No difference.

3 years later, same thing. Considering switching to Deezer.

Tried every browser and still can't change my payment method... this happens every time, been premium for years now
