Hello,

I sent an invite to my partner who lives with me, he can accept but doesn’t get the address verification step, and he gets a message saying he cannot join the plan. How can we solve this?

Please tell him to reach out to Support so that they can take a look at his account and see if there's anything that can be done about it: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/.

Hi Maxim! 
the message says:

 

You can't join this plan

We couldn't confirm that you live with the plan manager for this Premium plan. You can join someone else's plan again in 12 months.

Or find another Premium plan that's right for you.
