My Question or Issue

Hi there about a month ago i've noticed that my shazam playlist having a problem... The playlist contains only half of my shzams... and when i disconnected and re connected the problem remained... idk if its shazam nor spotify can you check about it ?

I have exactly thé same problem since about 2 years, My list of Shazam is not update (ios, Android) on spotify, why spotify developper do nothing  ?

this cool fonction works Well with Apple Music but not on spotify, why ?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We just came across this thread.

 

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this. 

 

We also suggest that you reinstall Shazam.

Already done, this is more then clear cache problem.

We delete ans install again Spotify app, and now our shazam list is Empty !

 

Problem stil remains

Thanks for your replies.

 

Try disconnecting Spotify from Shazam again in Shazam's settings, then, remove Shazam's access from Spotify in your Apps page here, and finally restart your devices and connect Shazam with Spotify again.
