Tmobile uk buffering

Spotify works fine on my home broadband, but the buffering is terrible on tmobile uk. I can only listen to a few seconds before a ten second pause while more buffers. Speediest says that my 3G connection is nearly 4mb though. Are tmobile blocking spotify? Is there any fix if they are?

If you have Spotify premium you can use offline playlists which allows you to download your playlists so you don't have to stream them when you are out and about.

LOL - kind of defeats the point of a streaming service though.

I'm not happy at all. I swapped my contract to t-mobile for the unlimited data but it's rubbish. They throttle everything. I'm about ready to reject the contract as unfit for purpose and lodge a complaint with the OFT.
