Changing from paying to phone plan

Hi I have previously been paying for Spotify and now it is part of my phone plan, does this mean now that automatically my credit card will stop being charged? Or will I need to do something for that to happen. Thanks!

Hey @Summah2412,

 

You need to follow these instructions to cancel your subscription, so your account can revert back to 'Spotify Free'. Once there, you need to follow your mobile provider instructions to link your account to them. Doing this will preserve your playlists, library and friends.

Oh I followed my link before I cancelled my subscription! What would I do

Did you created a new account?

 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. It should read 'Your subscription is associated with our partner xXxXx'.

 

If your subscription appears differently, your account is not yet linked to your mobile provider.
