Paid for Three months. Still free user.

I bought a spotify card as I usually do and put it in. Spotify confirmed my code but I have received no receit. No subscription update. No emails. It's nine hours later and still nothing. I have logged out and back in multiple times. Cleared the cache.  Wasted data by uninstalling and redownloading the app. Nothing has worked.

 

Considering your application told me it worked, I threw away my trash. I'm going to be very upset if I just paid thirty dollars to remain a free user.
