£15 a month for premium?! - please help

hi, wondering if anyone could help!! i changed my premium account (the £9.99 one) to the premium account with student discount (£4.99 per month) in september 2016. i checked my bank account the other day and it turns out i've been charged £9.99 every 1st of a month and £4.99 every 15th of a month since september. how do i change this so i only get charged £4.99 per month, and how would i go about getting a refund for the premium account with student discount that i've been paying for as well?
