2 spotify accounts

Hello, at the moment i have 2 spotify accounts. I own 1 of them for abour a year now. Half a year ago i singed a KPN contract and got a free spotify Premium account with it. Now when i try to log in onto the 2nd account(i got from KPN) it opens my first account as if they are combined into one. how can i get rid of this, since i want to give 1 account to someone else.

Thanks for letting us know about this. If you have two accounts and want to close one of them, the best thing to do is get in contact with the support team and they'll take care of it for you.

This company aboslutely sucks. You guys have been charging me twice since june of 2015. My bank cannot refund any disputes before January of this year. And since it's considered "non-fradulent" my only hope is to get refunded from April of this year til now. So that's over $160 I'll never see. I cannot believe my hard earned money went into this **bleep**ty company. I want my money back IMMEDIATELY.
